1. Request for consultation

If you contact us through our website, email, or phone, our sales representative will provide you with a rough estimate for your overseas moving budget and schedule.

2. Visit estimate

To provide an accurate quote, a local partner representative of SAM Relocation visits your home according to your schedule and provides a quote.

If it is difficult to get an in-person estimate due to the distance from the local partner office, we will calculate the price online or over the phone.

3. Transportation contract

The work schedule is made according to the customer's situation and desired schedule, and a cargo transportation contract is provided.

The contract must be completed at least two months in advance from June to August and December to February of the following year, when the volume of overseas migration cargo transportation increases significantly, to enable transportation on the schedule desired by the customer.

4. Packing

We ensure that your cargo is not lost or damaged by working with reliable overseas partners who have handled numerous overseas relocation cargoes around the world.

5. Insurance

We will sign up for insurance on your behalf so that you can receive compensation through AIG KOREA insurance company for claims (including lost and damaged items) that may occur after packing done and until delivery to your local home.

However, you cannot purchase insurance through an insurance company for PBO(Packed by Owner) shipment.

6. Shipping

Once the container containing your cargo is completed, our representative will receive the schedule, details, and shipping documents from the overseas partner company and will contact you by email or phone. When moving within Europe or between continents, it may be transported by trucking using the overseas partner company's own trucks.

7. Customs clearance, quarantine inspection process

When your cargo arrives at the port, our overseas partner will clear the cargo on your behalf by submitting the customs clearance documents received from you in advance.

Our overseas partner representative will guide you regarding schedules and customs clearance documents. If you quickly submit the customs clearance documents to the person in charge, your cargo can be delivered on the desired date.

8. Home delivery

For furniture and large home appliances, we disassemble and assemble boxes and place them in the desired location, but for small boxes such as kitchenware, clothing, and books, customers must organize by yourself. If you would like a full setup service to place and organize all personal belongings, please apply to our customer service center.

Once transportation is completed, please check the condition and quantity of the cargo to make sure there are no problems with it.
