The work schedule is made according to the customer's situation and desired schedule, and a cargo transportation contract is provided.
The contract must be completed at least two months in advance from June to August and December to February of the following year, when the volume of overseas migration cargo transportation increases significantly, to enable transportation on the customer's desired schedule.

Depending on the work conditions, we use ladder trucks and elevators, and the packed moving items are loaded into containers or air boxes that can be transported by sea or air.
In order to prevent damage or loss that may occur during the transportation process, in principle, the work is done at the customer's home in the presence of the customer. If external packaging is required, it is carried out at our warehouse equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

We entrust you to sign up for insurance so that you can receive compensation through AIG KOREA insurance company for claims (including lost and damaged items) that may arise after packing done and until delivery to your local home.
* However, you cannot sign up for insurance through an insurance company for PBO(Packed by Owner) shipment by yourself.
Packaged cargo is generally received at our warehouse and loaded into containers for each country's destination.
The container containing your cargo will be moved to the relevant port according to the departure schedule. After being received and inspected by the competent customs office, an export declaration certificate will be issued.
When the container containing your cargo is completed, you will receive an Ocean Bill of Lading and an insurance policy.
After shipment, the schedule, details, and shipping documents will be delivered to the customer through our local agent.
Our agents in each country collect customs clearance documents and perform cargo customs clearance on your behalf.
Depending on destination customs laws, customer presence may be required.
After completing customs clearance, the persnal belongings will be delivered to your home after double-checking your delivery address.
Please check the status and quantity of the delivered cargo according to the cargo list prepared at the departure point.
